1. Sevy's

Best known for: Being THE PLACE in Dallas for a lunch meeting. Fountain Residential Partners president Brent Little tells us you can’t take a few steps without seeing three to five bankers, equity guys, and developers. Plus Sevy’s is one of the few places that takes lunch reservations.
