Investors are keen on DFW for a laundry list of reasons, says Colliers International capital markets managing director Jack Minter, including absorption of space, low vacancy rates, and the growth of private sector jobs. Company relos are also fueling job growth, he says. Within the Infill Triangle, the Park Central area is starting to see interest again. Now that the LBJ construction is completed, these areas are starting to experience higher rental rates and buyers want to invest here because property values increase as the rental rates continue to rise, Jack says.
