Enodo Score, a predictive analytics platform for the multifamily industry, is gearing up for the transition into its beta phase by adding some new talent to the team. The platform objectively quantifies the impact of various real estate factors (amenities, finish levels, demographics, schools, access to transit, etc.) on investment potential.

The new additions include Nicolas Lassaux, Massimo Di Pierro, Lewis Thompson and Kurtis Jensen. Pictured here are Nicolas, co-founder Marc Rutzen, Tim Gamble and Massimo.

Massimo is an associate professor at the School of Computing of DePaul University in Chicago.Holding a Ph.D. in high energy theoretical physics from the University of Southampton (UK), an expertise in scientific and financial computing and parallel computing and web application development, Massimo adds industry clout to Enodo Score and will advise the platform.

“Enodo Score will disrupt the commercial real estate industry, and I’m thrilled to be part of the disruption,” Massimo tells Bisnow.

Nicolas joins Enodo Score with a Master of Computer Science from Illinois Institute of Technology, Chicago and ENSEIRB-MATMECA, Bordeaux. Nicolas specializes in data science with a focus on machine learning, mathematics and cloud computing.

“I’m very excited to be working with Enodo Score. This company has a great amount of potential that will only continue to claim market share in the multifamily real estate industry,” Nicolas says.

Lewis brings real estate economics and investment expertise to the team. He combines these areas of knowledge with valuation, due diligence and financial analysis. Kurtis possesses a high level of expertise on software development and software engineering.

“I’m excited to be a team member of Enodo Score and to continually improve the company’s technology with the other team members to satisfy the client’s needs,” Kurtis says.

Enodo Score will end its intensive program with the Elmspring Accelerator in November, and the company plans to release a beta test in December with an alpha product coming to market in Q1 ’17.

Marc broke down what Enodo Score will be offering to the multifamily market in the near future on Tastytrade's Bootstrapping In America radio show earlier this month. To watch that video, click here.
