NRC to Sell 25 7-Eleven Stores

NRC Realty has been retained by 7-Eleven to sell 25 stores and/or gas stations in 10 states. 7-Eleven VP Robbie Radiant says the stores up for sale don't fit with the company's business model but would provide good opportunities for the right buyers and will be sold without 7-Eleven branding. Three of the stores are in the Chicago area at 325 S Larkin in Joliet, 162 E North in Northlake and 3808 W Elm in McHenry. NRC will sell the properties via sealed bid.
