Shapack Partners' plan to build an 11-story office building at 213-223 N Peoria is closer to receiving the blessing of Ald. Walter Burnett (27th). Neighborhood residents haven't weighed in, but Shapack says it has the support of the West Central Association and West Loop Community Organization.
