Savills Studley Announces Move To 150 North Riverside Next Year

150 North Riverside (left) has landed a prominent real estate firm as a tenant, as Savills Studley announced it's moving to the 54-story, 1.2M SF tower next year. 150 North Riverside is expected to be delivered later this year.

Savills Studley, which opened its Chicago office in 1962, will occupy nearly 17k SF on the 19th floor, a smaller footprint than its current office—but it will be designed to hold more employees. It's a move that SVP Eric Feinberg says will position the firm to its growth strategy and to attract and retain talent. EVP and Chicago co-head Robert Sevim says the space will be "thoughtfully planned" and be a "great sense of pride" for employees coming to work every day.

Savills Studley's office will be designed by Skidmore, Owings & Merrill. The firm will join Hyatt, Victory Park Capital, William Blair & Co and Navigant Consulting. Savills Studley's lease adds value to the building, which Riverside Investment & Development put on the market in March. A potential deal for the building could value it at $900M.
