Property Markets Group delivered 'L,' its state-of-the-art Logan Square apartment building, last May. Now it's looking to cash out in a blistering hot multifamily climate.

PMG's Noah Gottlieb retained KIG to market the 120-unit TOD building, which may be best-known for having a repurposed CTA 'L' car on the rooftop as an amenity deck. The building is 93% leased and features a range of convertible one- and two-bedroom units, but the most successful rentals may be the three-bedroom co-living units.

KIG will soon begin tours of the building to prospective buyers.
