Marc Realty Buys Wicker Park Building, Home to Feast Restaurant

A JV led by Marc Realty bought the Wicker Park building best known as the home of Feast restaurant from Investment Realty Group for $7.5M. The two sides closed on the sale July 9. The 12,200 SF mixed-use building at 1616-20 N Damen is 100% leased and is best known for 3,667 SF of street-level retail space. Marc Realty partner David Ruttenberg said there are no immediate changes planned for the building and is looking at the property from a long-term perspective, Crain's reports. The building is near the heart of one of Chicago's hottest retail districts, and Ruttenberg says he expects the location to become more attractive. [Crain's]
