John Hughes Estate Gets $530k Price Increase

John Hughes's North Shore estate is back on the market, this time with a $4.82M price tag. The 11k SF estate has had a time of it, popping up on the market several times since 2011. In that time its price has gone from $5.89M down to $4.29M, and now it's back with a $530k price bump, Curbed reports. The estate was recently opened to the public for this year's Lake Forest Show House and Gardens tour, and features six bedrooms/six baths, four half baths, six fireplaces and a pool.
