ConAgra Foods will get a new Chicago address after signing a lease to occupy 200k SF of space in the Merchandise Mart. The food conglomerate's lease at 215 W Diehl Rd in Naperville expires next March and its Chicago relocation comes on the heels of Kraft Heinz signing a lease for 170k SF at Aon Center last week. ConAgra's new CEO Sean Connolly lead a similar suburbs to downtown move when he was in charge of Hillshire Brands, which relocated from Downers Grove to the West Loop three years ago, Crain's reports.
