Won't You Be Our Neighbor?
150 N. Michigan
Our friends at Crain's are moving a few blocks away from us to the landmark 150 N Michigan, just north of Millennium Park. Jones Lang LaSalle leases and manages the building, which will be renamed theCrain's Communications Building in March 2012 when the company moves 200 employees into the 54k SF (three floors) from 360 N Michigan. JLL's Monica Moore and Brad Despot repped the landlord, SEB Investments, and CBRE's Todd Lippman and Kyle Kamin repped Crain's. Monica says the naming rights on the formerSmurfitt Stone Building were important to Crain's, and it'll get signage on the columns outside the building. The tower is still 25% vacant since Smurfitt Stone moved out. (In a related story, we're now referring to our desk as Mt. Bisnow, Highest Peak in Bisneyland.)
