NEW AT K STATION
Lincoln Properties' Linda Jasinski, Pappageroge Haymes' Brian Kidd and George Pappageorge, Fifield Co.'s Steve Fifield, Pacific Life's Debbie Cunningham and Fifield's Alan Schachtman
K Station will soon have two new apartment towers called Alta at K Station. Lincoln Properties' Linda Jasinski (property manager), Pappageroge Haymes' Brian Kidd and George Pappageorge(architect), Fifield Co.'s Steve Fifield (JV developer), Pacific Life's Debbie Cunningham (JV developer), and Fifield's Alan Schachtman all worked on the 848 units, of which 311 are already leased. Alan says the two-bedroom units were especially popular in the first tower, so Fifield added a second tier of them to the second tower. He attributes this partially to more 25- to 39-year-olds living with roommates to save costs.
Sperry Van Ness' Scott Maesel joined Fifield's Marty Walz and Cecilia Loftus Design's Cecilia Loftus
Sperry Van Ness' Scott Maesel, whose firm is handling retail leasing, joined Fifield's Marty Walz and Cecilia Loftus Design's Cecilia Loftus  at the opening. Scott says he already has one LOI and is looking for restaurants, dry cleaners, or  nail salons to fill out the remainder of the 13k SF space. An amenity floor includes a media room, billiards room, business center, tech-heavy fitness center, and rooftop pool. Steve says K Station still has one more building in the works: The 494-unit K2 tower will bring the development to five towers and 2145 units.
