Before you write to chide our headline spell-checking, this holiday shindig was for Holliday Fenoglio Fowler. Last night, Jim Joyce,Michael Kavanau, and Sean Fogarty gathered clients and friends (which are sometimes one and the same) at Motel Bar in River North to celebrate a profitable year. This month, the multifamily team has closed on two properties: Cityfront Place downtown and Waterford Place  in Arlington Heights. They're expecting to close on two more deals in the western suburbs this week.

 

Ceres' Real Estate's Brian Newman, HFF?s Danny Kaufman, The John Buck Co.'s Steve Schiltz, and Related Midwest's John Liss. Steve says John Buck is trying to finish one fund and raise a new one, while John just came to Related to help with office investments; the company traditionally develops condos.
