Through the magic of the CTA Brown Line, we swung over to the YREP Capital Markets  luncheon at the DePaul Center, where we met Ticor Title Company's Shari Haefner, Newmark Knight Frank's Matt Lessner, and TCF Bank's Brian Bianchi. Brian says TCF is still lending, and he's working on a deal for a large insurance company that's looking for a new HQ. Matt is trying to build up the capital markets practice for NKF, which is mostly a tenant rep organization in Chicago right now.
