ASA's Gene Rosendale spoke about creating a referral machine. Neena is working on designing a corporate HQ in Dallas, while Nadia is planning an eco-friendly building for Exelon's North Chicago campus. Jones Lang LaSalle's Maria DeVore and Wendy Mingin joined The Tribune Company's Rita DeBoer and vps inc's Celia Luett. Maria manages 550 W. Washington, which just achieved LEED-Platinum. She says the 10-year-old building didn't need a lot of renovation; most of the certification was achieved through green cleaning and small tweaks to energy efficiency. |
