Second Largest PSF Deal in Chicago History

Heitman has agreed to acquire the 1.2M SF tower at 353 N Clark St in Chicago's River North neighborhood for more than $700 million, or nearly $600 PSF, according to chicagobusiness.com.
If the real estate investment manager closes on the deal as expected, the sale of the 46-story building would represent the fourth highest amount ever paid for an office tower in Chicago and the second most paid PSF.
