Developer MPV Properties topped off the new 14-screen multiplex Stone Theatres in RedStone, the company's retail development in Indian Land. The 55K SF movie theater will anchor the property, whose first phase will include nearly 55K SF of other retail space.

A number of other tenants have already inked leases in the development, which is at the intersection of U.S. 521 and South Carolina Highway 160. Befitting the demand for more experiential retailers in growing markets (such as Lancaster County), many of the RedStone tenants are restaurants or other kinds of eateries.

These include Portofino’s Ristorante Italiano e Pizzeria, Red Rocks Café, Viva Chicken, Freddy’s Frozen Custard & Steakburgers, Pananova Craft Kitchen, Moe’s Southwest Grill, WAFU Japanese Steakhouse, Jackson’s Java, Which Wich, Tropical Smoothie Café and Menchie’s Frozen Yogurt. Sharonview Federal Credit Union and Lee Nails will also be tenants.

MPV's Steve Vermillion and Mike Bilodeau are leading the development of the project and Keely Hines, also with MPV, is responsible for leasing.
