Placeholder

Italian restaurant Via Roma, Wildology, Little Nest Portraits and a Wells Fargo branch all inked leases at Waverly, the latest tenants signed at the 80-acre mixed-use development by Crosland Southeast and Childress Klein in South Charlotte. Diehl Properties' Bill Diehl repped Via Roma; Heiliger Associates' Ken Heiliger repped Little Nest; Josh Beaver of The Nichols Co repped Wildology; and Core Properties' Mike Thompson repped Wells Fargo.

Via Roma is restaurateur Augusto Conte's latest venture. He also owns Luce, Toscana and Malabar in Charlotte. The 2.2k SF restaurant will feature northern Italian cuisine, an extensive wine list and outdoor seating, the Charlotte Business Journal reports, and is named after the street in Ischia, Italy, where Conte grew up.
