First Citizens Bank Plaza Up for Grabs
The 477k SF First Citizens Bank Plaza is on the block. The owner, Michigan-based Osprey Investment Co, hired HFF to take it to market, along with an office building that the company owns in Sarasota, FL. CB&I is the largest tenant at First Citizens, taking nearly 180k SF, but its lease will expire next April, the Charlotte Business Journal reports. It’s uncertain whether the company will renew its lease. [CBJ]
