Alabama Investor Bags Three Charlotte Apartments For $38M

Birmingham, AL-based LIV Apartments Partners purchased three Charlotte apartment properties, all which were built in the late 1990s, for more than $38M. The properties include the 249-unit Mission Harris Pavilion, the 207-unit Mission Reedy Creek, and the 162-unit Mission Concord Place. LIV specializes in Class-A and B multifamily in secondary and tertiary markets in the South, the Charlotte Business Journal reports. The seller, Mission Charlotte DST, was repped by Multi Housing Advisors. [CBJ]
