The sale comes to about $462/SF, regarded as the highest ever paid for premium office property in the Charleston area. A team of Charlotte CBRE brokers arranged the sale of the property, which had been owned by Charlotte's own Flagship Capital Partners, now Brackett Flagship Properties. ATD, founded in 1988, creates and develops systems and software for automated stock trading. It's a wholly owned subsidiary of Citigroup. |
