OLD TEXTILE MILL ATTRACTS INNOVATION

OLD TEXTILE MILL ATTRACTS INNOVATION
LKN Media, a Mooresville-based marketing firm, expects to create a dozen jobs when it expands this month into about 6,200 SF at the massive Merinos Home Furnishings building near downtown Mooresville. (We're not kidding. At 1.1M SF, his place is huge. But still 20 minutes to a Starbucks.)

LKN, which will maintain a primary office on Overhill Drive, will soon expand its printing operations to add custom-printed products sold by catalog marketers, LKN?s Ken Bonham tells us. (That's Ken on the right with LKN?s Kevin Robertson on the left and Michael Bay, who owns the converted textile mill.) LKN will add a print production facility in space that could be expanded up to 10k SF.
