The project sits in one of Raleigh?s ?premier  shopping and dining districts,? Crescent?s Brian Natwick tells us. That's close to the well-established Cameron Village, which offers shops and eateries like Fosters American Grille and Caf Caturra. Crescent plans to seek LEED certification. Charlotte-based Cox & Schepp Construction is GC; Raleigh-based Cline Design Associates is project architect.
