Carter's Mark Joines and colleague Drew Fleming (above) represented the seller in a Rock Hill retail property transaction.
Rock Hill based Warren Norman has sold a shopping center there anchored by Hobby Lobby and Kohl?s for about $12.5M. (Just in case you don't see the store signs, it's called the Kohl?s-Hobby Lobby Center.) The company, which developed the Dave Lyle Boulevard project, sold it to Sunil Bhojwani, a California investor. The 133k SF center is about 95% occupied, prez Ralph Norman tells us. It's adjacent to Rock Hill Galleria (a regional mall) and a Wal-Mart Supercenter. Warren Norman retained the rights to outparcel development, which could be three or four properties (fast food and the like), depending on how the land is subdivided, Ralph says. The sale was brokered by Atlanta-based Carter, whose Mark Joines and Drew Fleming (above) represented the seller.
