| Warehouse and flex space was down in 3Q, despite a surge in absorption during 2Q '11, according to Cassidy Turley's latest market stats. The Charlotte industrial market posted net absorption of more than 1M SF in 3Q. Unfortunately, that was not enough to keep the vacancy rate from dipping by 0.4 percentage points to 8.1%, C-T?sLane Holbert tells us. High notes? Performance Team signed for 185k SF at Reese Boulevard in the north submarket, and DMSI took 160k SF at Wilson Lakes Business Parkway. |
