| The sale is considered somewhat ?unorthodox,? since it's based on what the building size will be after it's expanded next summer, David Burdette of Marcus & Millichap?s Atlanta office tells us. (It's like betting on the Panthers to win the 2015 Super Bowl.) David repped the seller, Charlotte-based Forsite Development. M&M?s Jamie Medress and Mark Ruble, each of the firm's Phoenix office, repped the buyer, Investors Associated LLP. |
