The Nichols Co's Forde Britt brokered the $10.5M sale of Garrison at Graham, 28th Row in NoDa, and The Vyne on Central Avenue. (That's Forde on a mission trip to South Africa last year.) Community One Bank sold the properties (101 units altogether) to Naples, Fla.-based Patten Sales & Marketing. ?We continue to find buyers,? Forde tells us. | ||
