Investors in the Tennessee building purchased property from part of the equity coming out of a sale earlier this year of a Charleston, SC, office campus occupied solely by Automated Trading Desk, Flagship?s Benjamin Bivens tells us. That building and 18 acres, which Flagship owned, sold for $27M to New York-based American Realty Capital. A CBRE brokerage team handled that sale.
