COX & SCHEPP LAUNCHES $50M JV

| Charlotte-based Cox & Schepp Construction announced this week that it has entered into a JV with Minneapolis-based Adolfson & Peterson Construction in what promises to yield more than $50M in new business. (That's Jim with a prize turkey, but the JV's a daisy.) |

Possible projects include office construction, retail, multifamily, and healthcare, C&S? Jim Schepp tells us. More specific details will have to wait ?til later, he adds. C&S, founded in 2001, has developed areas of expertise that include commercial, multifamily, hospitality, healthcare, interiors, industrial, retail, and data center, as well as historic renovation and restoration. Adolfson, founded in 1946, builds in sectors that include education, energy, healthcare, municipal, multifamily and retail, with offices in NC, Arizona, Colorado, California, Minnesota, Texas, Washington, and Wyoming. |
