CAMDEN GRANDVIEW TOUCHED UP

CAMDEN GRANDVIEW TOUCHED UP
Camden Property Trust?s Marcie Williams

Camden Grandview owner Camden Property Trust will complete a $3M remodeling  project at the 266-unit luxury complex overlooking uptown Charlotte  by month's end, Camden?s  Marcie Williams  tells us. Upgrades include more contemporary cabinetry, granite countertops, ceramic tile backsplashes, and stainless steel appliances. At the time it opened almost 11 years ago, the Grandview (built by the former Summit Properties) was one of the most expensive for-rent multifamily developments in the Southeast. It now offers one-, two-, and three-bedroom units at prices ranging from $1,056 per month to $2,485. It also provides tenants with 24-hour concierge as well as some fully furnished units. And it's on the Gold Rush Trolley line, making it convenient for all those on-the-go bankers working uptown. (And Billy Joel, should he be looking for any Uptown Girls.)
