BOSTON OUTFIT BUYS RALEIGH BUILDING
New Boston Fund just bought Raleigh?s Carolina Place, the company's Pryse Elam says
New Boston Fund just bought Raleigh?s Carolina Place, a 100k SF office building, from a client advised by INVESCO Real Estate. (Price was undisclosed.) The building is anchored by such tenants as CPA firm Cherry, Bekaert, and Holland and consulting firm Scott Madden.  The firm's Pryse Elam tells us the five-story building sits on more than four acres and includes a 318-space, two-story parking deck. Carolina Place is now about 86% occupied. CBRE's Ben Kilgore repped the seller. New Boston repped itself.
