Keeping your tenants is fine, but if you can land something new in the form of an international manufacturer's North American HQ for your office space, so much the better. In a deal inked yesterday, window and door maker Jen-Weld is taking 23k SF in Uptown Charlotte's Ally Center. The lease comes on the heels of Driven Brands'26k SF lease in December, bringing the vintage 2009 office tower to 83% occupied. C&W Thalhimer's Brian Brtalik repped the tenant, while Trinity Partners' Leah Bailey and John Ball repped the landlord.
