AAA Tree Experts has purchased a 7,800 SF building at Hebron Commerce Drive for almost $700k from RCI Leasing Inc. Commercial properties, especially those that are fully leased or otherwise occupied, still can find buyers, Piedmont Properties'Lester Osborn tells us. (Lester repped the seller, while SCRE Properties' Hershel Fogelman repped the buyer.) That doesn?t mean things still aren't uncertain, Lester says. (We still live in a world dominated by double negatives.) Larger companies have already done a lot of their fat trimming, while smaller users are struggling. ?The road is still fairly bumpy,? he says. |
