A TOUCH OF ANTIQUITY
Antiquity Heights

Cary-based Solstice Partners has begun construction on the $12M, 94-unit Antiquity Heights apartment development in downtown Cornelius. The project is expected to take about a year to complete, Solstice Partners' Cathy Connors tells us. Antiquity Heights is deemed affordable housing, though rents for the one-, two-, and three-bedroom units have not been set, she adds. The apartments come with washer/dryer hookups, dishwashers, a disposal, ceiling fans, and high-speed Internet. The community center will include a gazebo, playground, and full  kitchen. Calabash-based WB Properties & Construction is GC; Raleigh-based Jones Architecture designed Antiquity Heights.
