Most recently, Ned was CFO for CampusWorks, a student housing specialist, and before that, EVP of real estate at Pacolet Milliken Enterprises, a family-owned investment company HQ'd in Greenville, SC.

From 2000 to 2010, Ned was CFO and SVP at Crosland, placing $1.6B in acquisition and development loans, $542M in permanent loans, $275M in institutional and private equity capital, and $107M in line-of-credit capacity, the Charlotte Business Journal reports.
