Atlantic Wharf

Cresa is moving along the waterfront in downtown Boston.

Atlantic Wharf is owned by Boston Properties. The 780K SF, 32-story downtown property was completed in 2011 and is seen as the city’s first sustainable high-rise building. McKinsey & Co. and Wellington Management are also tenants in the building, which is adjacent to the Federal Reserve Bank Building and near South Station.
