60th floor Millennium Tower Grand Penthouse

The most expensive residential listing in Boston has a new owner.

An undisclosed buyer shelled out $37.5M for the 60th floor of Millennium Tower in Downtown Crossing (1 Franklin St). The rest of the tower, owned by Millennium Partners, is almost complete.

At 685 feet tall, whoever is living there will have some stellar views. The buyer wasn't disclosed, according to the Boston Business Journal.

Millennium Partners did say the new owner will use the space "as its family residence." Millennium teams with Suffolk Construction and Hudson-based S&F Concrete on the $700M project. [BBJ]
