Event Sponsors: Critters, Concrete, and Capital

Boston Multifamily

It’s time for a word of thanks to some sponsors of Bisnow's Multifamily Summit last last week. Bed Bug Gutter owner Nicholas Cefalu says if you find bed bugs in your house, you’re not alone; it’s a widespread, almost common, problem. Nick sells an innovative box-like product, the bed bug gutter, that guards against the nasty critters paying you a visit.

Assembled for the Precast/Prestressed Concrete Institute: Strescon’s Gerald Grassby and Bryan Myers; the Institute’s executive director Rita Seraderian; Coreslabs’s Rob Del Vento and Oldcastle Precast’s Nesil Normile. With so many projects coming off the computer screen and getting into the ground, Rita says that precast concrete is for developers who want to build something that will last and withstand major floods and storms.

Chase Commercial Lending’s Carmen Panacoupolous and Doug Landry say the bank, which is eager to work with Boston-area multifamily developers and investors, is offering a promotional program that eliminates charges for some bank legal fees, recording fees, appraisal fees and offers a rate lock at application. Doug expects the multifamily market “to maintain strong performance metrics" this year and going foward.
