Colliers International has hired a longtime Cushman & Wakefield broker as an executive vice president in its Boston office.

His past clients include DHL, Park Place Technologies, Virgin Pulse, Williams Sonoma, Haemonetics, National Development, UBS, TA Realty, King Street Properties and Ferris Capital.

At Colliers, Hanna will represent tenants and developers in the office, industrial, and technology markets focusing on Greater Boston's South Suburban and MetroWest markets as a member of the Southwest Advisory Team. The other members of the Southwest Advisory team are Stephen Woelfel Jr., Kevin Brawley, PJ Foster, Cathy Minnerly, Ovar Osvold, Sean Hannigan and John Real.

"Bringing Kevin to Colliers is a huge win for the company," Colliers Boston Executive Managing Director and Market Leader David Goodhue said in a release. "He is highly respected in the business and offers a depth of experience and expertise that will complement our client-centric approach and values. We are confident that despite these uncertain times, we will continue to recruit top-tier professionals and provide them with opportunities to thrive here long-term."

Hanna is Colliers Boston's seventh new hire in 2020.
