|Trinity Financial landed a big job in the Bulfinch Triangle to develop a supermarket with 200 to 275 rental apartments above. It's on a one-plus-acre site near North Station. We snapped project manager Sarah Barnat (right) earlier this summer when we discussed other major jobs in Lowell and New Bedford. Last year around this time, Trinity completed the Archstone Avenir Building of 241 apartments on an adjacent Bulfinch site. Now, says Sarah, Trinity will work again with ICON architects and Dimeo Construction to build an ever-welcome supermarket and more rental housing. They hope to get into the ground Q2 or Q3 ?11 and are seeking financing with confidence. Sarah tells us Avenir was 95% leased 10 months after opening.
