| National Development's Tom Alperin (right, with Harvard Real Estate Initiative's Rick Peiser at Thursday's CJP dinner) tells us he's busy on the investment and development fronts now that long-planned projects are moving forward. In the LMA, he expects to break ground before year's end on a $300M, 430M SF life science center. Downtown, National is aiming for a summer construction start (in a JV with Kensington Properties) on a new $175M, 381-unit multifamily rental building. And in suburban Lynnfield, it's in a JV with WS Development on a $70M lifestyle retail center and expects shovels in the ground by Q3. |
