BISWIRE/Aug. 1, 2024 — JM Zell Partners, Ltd., the commercial real estate consultant and brokerage firm known nationally for its creative approaches in the fields of tenant representation, project management, and transaction advisory and development services, is relocating its headquarters to larger office space a few blocks further East on K Street in Washington, DC’s Central Business District.
JM Zell Partners, Ltd. will occupy an 8,800 square-foot suite at The Millenium Building located at 1909 K Street, N.W., Washington, D.C., and will move into the space in late August. The space was formerly occupied by the law firm, Ballard Spahr LLP.

In addition to the expansion in square footage, JM Zell is increasing its project management leadership team, welcoming three new team members, Benjamin Sweetbaum, Vice President; Andy Crane, Director of Construction; and Cameron Spruill, Director of Construction; and promoting Michael Garchik to Vice President.
JM Zell employs approximately 30 professionals with expertise in all aspects of commercial real estate, representing leading corporations (public and private), non-profit and member organizations, family offices, quasi-governmental entities, and cultural and educational institutions, helping them navigate their complex real estate issues.
