The CFO will serve as the senior executive responsible for overseeing all financial functions across the organization, its affiliates, and managed properties. Reporting directly to the President, this high-impact role offers the chance to shape financial strategy, optimize capital allocation, and build scalable systems while partnering closely with operational leaders to deliver lasting value to clients, residents, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct financial planning, capital allocation, and liquidity management in support of company growth.
• Manage corporate and client cash, oversee debt compliance, and maintain key banking relationships.
• Partner with senior leadership on M&A activity, acquisition strategy, and financing structures.
• Oversee financial reporting and ensure accurate accounting across managed properties.
• Present financials to the Board of Directors and other executive stakeholders.
• Lead internal audit, risk management, and tax compliance across all entities.
• Enhance workflows and systems for greater efficiency, scalability, and data integrity.
• Mentor finance team members and build a strong leadership pipeline.
• Coordinate external audits and adapt to evolving regulations and accounting standards.
• Champion adoption of data analytics, dashboards, and automation to drive insights and performance.

• Strategic financial leadership with strong communication and organizational skills
• Deep knowledge of accounting, tax, and financial planning
• High accountability, sound judgment, and effective decision-making
• Track record of innovation and team development
• Strong risk management, audit oversight, and regulatory compliance experience

• Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or equivalent; CPA strongly preferred
• 8+ years in senior financial leadership, ideally within real estate or property management
• Background in public accounting (audit and/or tax) a plus

Compensation: $250,000–$325,000 base salary + bonus + equity participation
