Waterfront Kitchen Welcomes New Chef

We snapped a pic of Waterfront Kitchen’s new chef, David Hynes, at a three-course dinner previewing his new dishes at the Fells Point restaurant. David told us he likes to incorporate Italian, Asian and other global flavors into his dishes, a prime example being his chicken with Korean BBQ glaze. He just moved to Baltimore from the Big Apple, where he was executive chef of BR Guest’s Strip House.
