Loch Bar in the Four Seasons Hotel Baltimore is one of the restaurants that Atlas Restaurant Group operates.

The Four Seasons Hotel Baltimore in Harbor East will get a new rooftop bar and eatery from Atlas Restaurant Group this fall.

The 10K SF restaurant will contain three outdoor spaces and seat 250. While some reports have indicated that the restaurant will be named the Bygone, Atlas director of marketing Joe Sweeney said the name has not yet been determined.

The five-star property's three other waterfront restaurants are Wit & Wisdom, Japanese eatery Azumi Baltimore and seafood house Loch Bar. Atlas owns Azumi and Loch Bar, as well as another swanky Harbor East eatery, Ouzo Bay. It agreed last year to take over two other Harbor East restaurants, Ten Ten Bistro and Fleet Street Kitchen, which will be transformed into Italian steakhouse Tagliata this summer.

Owned by Alexander Smith, the grandson of the late Harbor East developer and baker John Paterakis Sr., Atlas Restaurant Group currently operates seven restaurants. Smith told the Baltimore Business Journal earlier this year that he would like to operate a total of 10 by the end of the year.
