A lease was just finished for a large dialysis clinic that'll open at Ashkenazy's Village of Cross Keys by the end of the year, says NGKF’s Stacey Berman (flanked by Assured Protection Consultants’ Diane Marsh and Transwestern’s Emma Hoyer), who worked on the deal. She's also talking with a large engineering firm and a large financial services firm each looking for space Downtown.

Also snapped at CREW’s lunch last week at Hotel Monaco: Colliers’ Amy Lacock and Nadia Kahler, BJB Realty Advisors’ Brenda Bodian, Colliers’ Marie Gerwig, and Safeguard Maintenance’s Lynda Balins. Amy says her company arranged the August sale of an office/flex building it also manages—and scored the management contract for the new owner. And in addition to brokering transactions for buyers and tenants in and around Baltimore, Brenda's also consulting on development projects in both Baltimore and Italy.

The Brick Cos’ Joan Renner (snapped with Bavar Properties Group’s Jacqueline Youngcourt) has been working on future debt maturities and creative ways to get capital for property renovations, TIs, and leasing commissions across Brick's portfolio, a process she equates to a big puzzle. She and Stacey are among the nominees for the CREW Beacon Circle of Excellence Award. Nominees for the inaugural Beacon Awards were announced at the lunch, and winners will be named Nov. 6.
