Former Globe Brewing Co. site sells for $3.75M

The owners of Little Havana restaurant have sold a slice of waterfront property—the former Globe Brewing Co—to an undisclosed buyer for $3.75M. Marc Gentile and Tim Whisted bought the site at 1321 Key Hwy in 2010 for $4M and will continue to lease the land for employee parking in the short term, the Baltimore Business Journal reports. Developers have snatched up scarce waterfront property near the harbor for mixed-use developments and condos. [BBJ]
