| We've seen a lot of news come out of Westminster since we left you Thursday. First thing: Segall Group signed Cold Stone Creamery and Speech Pathways for a combined 4,000 SF at the recently built Shoppes at Meadow Creek, a 21k SF mixed-use development on Route 140. The center is adjacent to a 200-unit residential community that's sold out, with another 190 units under construction. |

| The seat of Carroll County will also be home to the Mid-Atlantic's first shopping center electric car charging station. Here's one we snapped installed at 425 Mass Ave in DC last week. Westminster's College Square Shopping Center is receiving two, which are open to the public, as part of owner Black Oak Associates?national plan to reduce energy consumption by 20% at its centers. |
