| Tuesday KLNB?s Gil Neuman brokered the sale of 8815 Yellow Brick Rd (no, it doesn?t lead to Oz) in Rosedale to an undisclosed buyer for $3.3M in cash, or $431/SF, at a 7.75% cap rate. The 8,000 SF building is 100% leased to Bridgestone, and Gil tells us it sold for the full asking price. |
