Yesterday, a pair of Ravens cheerleaders headed over to McMorgan & Co and Altus Realty's Hammonds Ferry Corporate Center in Linthicum Heights, where Cushman & Wakefield's McLane Fisherand CBRE's Dan Callihan got to live the high school prom dream.

The leasing team of Cushman & Wakefield's Danielle Schline,Hayes Merkert, and Whitney Nye, along with McMorgan's Malcolm Talcott, took their turn and showed off the renovated building front at the same time. McMorgan and Altus have owned the warehouse-turned-M&T back office for four years, and Malcolm tells us the 130k SF is the largest contiguous single-floor office space in Baltimore. Sounds like an opportunity for prospective tenants to pretend they work on Planet Spaceball: "This ship is too big. If I walk, the movie will be over."
